摘要: The use of hot-water and evaporative cooling enables the residual energy potential iron steel works to be utilized. In particular, water-traversed wall elements are used at present in top zone an electric-arc furnace. Indeed, remarkable increase electrical power has made furnace compulsory. Thus, it seems suitable recovered elements, instead transferring atmosphere via closed towers. Nucleate boiling leads a substantially more intensive cooling, but even limited input heat flow can dangerous. If slag accretions, temperature thermal examined cases steady state operation completely slag-covered arcs, is found that losses decrease remarkably as melting adhering shell increases. aim this paper is, first all, analysis transfer phenomena UHP (ultra high power) furnaces. Then, exergy analyses dealt with after some remarks about efficiency chemical elements. addition, means reduce noise, air water pollution examined.
