摘要: The effects of surgical repair versus non-repair on cell morphology and type X collagen expression were investigated using a rat model Achilles tendon avulsion. animals divided into four groups. In Group I, was reattached to the original attachment site by suturing through drill hole in calcaneus; II, not made; III, but IV sham operated.In I (tendon reattached), at 2 weeks postoperatively, many hypertrophic chondrocytes appeared reattachment adjacent bone detected immunologically both cells extracellular matrix.
