摘要: In the present contribution, we demonstrated that surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering spectra from single green fluorescent proteins (GFPs) were obtained. The most important findings are direct detection of conversion between a deprotonated and protonated form chromophore at single-molecule level via corresponding vibrational fingerprints, fact enhanced protein (EGFP) also shows high surface (SERRS) signal. Our show potential technique to study structural dynamics molecules level.
