摘要: Various hydrothermal curing regimes were used to investigate the hydration and physical characteristics of two kinds inorganic binder composites: high alumina cement–silica fume–Portland cement fume–sodium polyphosphate. Simultaneous thermal analysis (DTA TG) was identify temperature ranges decomposition cured samples characterize nature hydrate products. Two products are formed. The first ones consist C3AH6, AH3, calcium carbonate (C–C) as a product carbonation, C3AH1.5 resulted from partial C3AH6 under higher pressure. second formed by acid–base reaction between monocalcium aluminate sodium polyphosphate form NaCaPO4·xH2O Al2O3·xH2O that could convert chemically bonded ceramic binders like hydroxyapatite (Ca5(PO4)3OH) gibbsite (Al(OH)3). These hydroceramic these conditions act also be useful for protection petroleum, gas, or geothermal wells. Mercury intrusion porosimeter estimation pore structure parameters composites. It turned up longer time coupled with pressure has improved composite, while remained unchanged.
