摘要: Objective:To investigate voice function following Han's uvulopalatopharyngoplasty.Patients and methods:Acoustic articulatory was examined by acoustic analysis formant frequency bandwidth analysis, before after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, in 56 patients with obstructive sleep apnoea hypopnoea syndrome. Results:These patients' normalised noise energy higher than normal, improved post-operatively. Their pre-operative F1, F2, F3 frequencies B1 B2 bandwidths were significantly lower those of normal controls; however, one month surgery their F1 F2 markedly higher. Conclusion:The characteristics syndrome differed from subjects. After factors the oropharynx relieved, allowing oropharyngeal cavity expansion a gradual increase to within range. Patients' vocal quality resonator articulator functions protected enhanced.
