摘要: It is provided a method of designing at least one oligonucleotide for nucleic acid detection comprising the following steps in any order: (I) identifying and/or selecting region(s) target to be amplified, having an efficiency amplification (AE) higher than average AE; and (II) capable hybridizing selected region(s). also detecting of: (i) providing biological sample; (ii) amplifying acid(s) comprised (iii) acid, if present (iv) contacting oligonucleotide(s) with amplified acids hybridized acid(s). In particular, presence pathogen, example virus, human sample. The probes may placed on support, microarray.
