摘要: Liposomes, first described by Bangham, et al.(1965), are membrane vesicles that can form spontaneously suspending a variety of lipids in water. These be prepared as large multilamellar structures containing many internal aqueous compartments or smaller unilamellar with only one compartment. If the presence marker molecules, such soluble enzymes, ions flurophores, markers entrapped within spaces surrounded bilayer lipid membranes. In addition, liposome membranes labeled either antigens antibodies, and they lysed agents.
