摘要: The term vasculitis is defined as inflammation of the blood vessel wall. Small-vessel vasculitides affect post-capillary venules, mostly in skin. Defining different types small-vessel important they may be associated with systemic manifestations, require additional patient evaluation and more than only supportive care. Evaluation a suspected requires skin biopsy, extent disease, an attempt to define etiology. Management based on providing care, treating any underlying condition, avoiding triggers, severity lesions involvement.
