摘要: Most of the models population genetics are not realistic when applied to data on electrophoretic variants proteins because same net charge may result from any several amino acid combinations. In absence they have, however, been widely used test competing hypotheses about origin and maintenance genetic variation in populations. this paper I present a general method for determining probability generating functions state differences. Then use find allelic difference distributions selectively similar electrophoretically detectable alleles finite natural populations. Predicted patterns variation, both within among species, reasonable accord with those found Drosophila willistoni group by Ayala et al. (1972) Tracey (1974).
