摘要: Described herein are passive nasal respiratory devices, in particular, devices configured to achieve positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) a subject wearing the device. PEEP may have threshold for opening during expiration. These include flap valve that opens on inhalation nested with spring when exhalation exceeds predetermined threshold. The device be comfortably worn by sleeping subject.
