摘要: The present invention is directed to a method of treating disease or disorder characterised by one more the following: decreased lung function, bronchial hyper-responsiveness, hypersecretion mucus, epithelial cell hyperplasia, smooth muscle hypertrophy, fibrosis inflammation with an antagonist Hedgehog protein, Smoothened, Gli. further provides kits for implementing above and use Gli disorder.
