The includes receiving, at a vehicle, global positioning system (GPS) data, and, based on the received GPS determining vehicle's location. also receives data from another vehicle. then modifies one or more characteristics determined location including suspension dampening characteristic, spring rate ABS braking characteristics, stability control seat shock absorber etc.
