摘要: A method of optimizing connection mode procedures for a dual subscriber identity module (SIM) mobile communication device is provided. The includes receiving, by base station, paging message first SIM in an idle from core network; determining, the if radio resource control (RRC) linked with available or not; triggering, second type normal cause through RRC available; not mapped new and temporary received network channel available.
