摘要: This paper presents the first-ever experimental evaluation of a closed-loop adaptive optics system based on magnetic fluid deformable mirror (MFDM). MFDMs are new type wavefront correctors used in systems to compensate for complex optical aberrations. They have been found particularly suitable ophthalmic imaging where they can be aberrations eye that lead blurry retinal images. However, their practical implementation clinical devices requires effective methods control shape surface. one such method which is an innovative technique linearize response MFDM surface shape. The design controller DC-decoupled model multi-input multi-output and considering decentralized PI controller. Experimental results showing performance comprising developed 19-channel prototype presented.
