摘要: Provided is an organic-inorganic hybrid nanofiber including inorganic semiconductor material in a nanoparticle or nanocrystal state, and conductive polymer the having lower thermal conductivity than material. The are arranged composite type to have thermoelectric property. Thus, can be applied low-priced device relatively high conversion efficiency.
