摘要: Protein tyrosine kinases (PTKs) are enzymes that transfer phosphate groups to residues on protein substrates. Phosphorylation of proteins causes changes in their function and/or enzymatic activity resulting specific biological responses. There two classes PTKs: the transmembrane receptor PTKs and cytoplasmic non-receptor (NRTKs). NRTKs involved transduction signals originating from extracellular clues, which often interact with receptors. Thus, they important components signaling pathways regulate fundamental cellular functions such as cell differentiation, apoptosis, survival, proliferation. The is tightly regulated, de-regulation overexpression has been implicated malignant transformation carcinogenesis. Research shed light mechanisms a number processes including those Not surprisingly, several kinase inhibitors use treatment for malignancies, more under investigation. This review deals structure, function, nine main families normal cancer cells.
