摘要: The aim of this review was to summarize the potential use melatonin in treatment mental disorders, specifically bipolar depression, and schizophrenia. To date, has been most commonly used psychiatry because its hypnotic, rhythm resynchronizing, antioxidant actions. Here, we examine other properties including anti-inflammatory, antinociceptive, anxiolytic, drug detoxification actions as well protective effects against neural loss. brain is an intricate sensory motor organ which receives information from both external internal environments. It transduces into complex chemical electrical signals are transmitted throughout central nervous system (CNS) organism. pathogenesis disorders remains ambiguous neuroinflammation proposed a causative agent. We consider contributions therapeutic agent CNS during disorders.
