摘要: Aim: Behcet’s disease is a relapsing vasculitis characterized by endothelial dysfunction. This study was conducted to determine the levels of nitric oxide (NO) and 2 related parameters, asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) homocysteine levels, in relation pathogenesis disease. Materials methods: A total 49 patients, comprising 26 patients with active 23 inactive disease, healthy control group 24 individuals participated this study. International Study Group Diagnostic Criteria were followed diagnosis disease; who had at least signs considered as having Results: Serum NO plasma found be significantly higher compared controls. In serum ADMA than those No statistically significant difference between controls respect levels. Conclusion: The increased presumably cause dysfunction because deficiency production, which also appears involved
