摘要: SUMMARY An analysis of T-lymphocyte subpopulations was performed on thirty-eight consecutive patients with atopic eczema, using monoclonal antibodies and flow cytofluorimetry. The total helper T-cell numbers did not differ significantly from those a matched control group, but there highly significant reduction in suppressor among the group. Both deficiency circulating IgE elevation were found to correlate positively disease activity. Food specific levels milk egg ascertained by radioallergosorbent (RAST) studies. These proved positive seven out thirty-five atopics (20%).
