摘要: Spike activity was studied in 95 neurons the basal magnocellular nucleus rabbits during spontaneous behavior and performance of a conditioned operant response. Nearly half (48.4%) showed significant (p <0.05) negative correlations between discharges power frontal lobe EEG delta rhythm; most these cells could be identified as cholinergic projection neurons. Neurons this group had predominantly excitatory responses to stimulus task, while presumptively non-cholinergic neurons, not projecting cortex, were mainly inhibitory. The activatory markedly stronger animals performed response compared with performances which there no stimulus. These results provide evidence that supports level waking attending required for reflex activity.
