摘要: Object Myelomeningocele (MMC) is the most complex congenital malformation of CNS that compatible with life. Different closure techniques are available for defect reconstruction, but wound healing and tension-free skin in midline remain major considerations large MMCs. In this study, authors used bilateral proximally based latissimus dorsi (LD) island muscle pedicle flaps thoracolumbar MMC defects. Methods Twenty infants very MMCs were enrolled study.
