摘要: Vermicompost teas (VCT) are documented to increase plant growth and yield reduce fungal bacterial diseases nematode infestation in the soil. However, underlying mechanisms for these results remain obscure. Radioimmnoassay was used identify quantify phytohormones present commercially prepared growth-promoting VCT. Isopentenyladenine (IPA) indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) were detected VCT, along with a low amount of abscisic (ABA). Comparison effects VCT applied at recommended rate IPA an equivalent that supplied treatment provided evidence increased Lycopersicon esculentum vegetative biomass, whereas fruit number per size. commercial nematode-suppressing nsVCT treatments supplying amounts IAA reduced galling plants inoculated 5,000 10,000 eggs root knot (Meloidogyne incognita). The biomass treated greater or equal control not eggs. Fungi bacteria identified using rRNA gene analysis.
