摘要: Chinese patent medicines play an important role in veterinary clinical use. The aim of this study is to research the anti-infection effect medicine "Wuhuanghu" for treatment porcine infectious pleuropneumonia and evaluate safety order provide a comprehensive understanding its toxicity. results showed that with could significantly inhibit pneumonia decrement high, medium low doses groups were 70.97%, 61.29% 58.06% respectively. acute toxicity test rats highest group (5000mg/kg) had no death abnormal response, suggesting LD50 was more than 5000mg/kg. subchronic hematology indexes all obvious differences; blood biochemical index, only albumin total cholesterol middle decreased when compared control group. pathology target organ liver. pharmacology indicated side effects on rats. In conclusion, has therapeutic protective dose-dependent manner safe medicine.
