摘要: Organ distribution of mercury after in utero vapor exposure was investigated neonatal guinea pigs. Mother pigs late gestation were exposed to 0.2–0.3 mg/m3 2 h per day until giving birth. Mercury concentrations brain, lungs, heart, kidneys, plasma and erythrocytes much lower than those maternal organs tissues. Neonatal liver, however, showed a concentration twice as high liver. ratios offspring quite different from mothers, being 0.2–0.4 for offspring, 1.3–3.0 mothers. These results suggested that metabolism fetuses their This may be due the blood circulation, transferred through placental barrier would rapidly oxidized into ionic fetal liver accumulated organ. The prevent which is developing, thus vulnerable, excessive vapor.
