摘要: The present invention relates to antagonists of vertebrate growth hormones obtained by mutation the third alpha helix such proteins (especially bovine or human GHs). These mutants have inhibitory other GH-antagonizing effects. novel may be administered exogenously animals, transgenic animals made that express antagonist. Animals been which exhibited a reduced phenotype.
