摘要: Abstract The optimum method of using a solar air collector combined with grain drying system was investigated. Two types collectors, integrated into roof are considered; one uncovered (flow under absorber) and covered over absorber). A computer model developed to minimize the cost in doing so optimize geometry specific rate flow through collector. ratio solar-supplemented conventional minimized. This represents maximum possible savings for given conditions. Sensitivity analyses were carried out temperatures range 40 90°C initial moisture contents 16 35% d.b.(dry basis). effect daily times, length season fuel also farm management systems considered various conditions: use dryer operate fixed number hours per day and, alternatively, quantity day. results show that there is an operation day, temperature content any combination other variables. most critical factors affecting annual functions these factors.
