摘要: Abstract Fuzzy set theory has been shown to be an effective tool overcome the computational difficulties encountered in solving large multiple level programming problems (Shih et al., 1996). In this paper, compensatory operators are introduced for adjusting decision making process between different levels and also makers of same level. After a brief consideration bi-level three systems, decentralized organizations with both equal unequal goals investigated. Various numerical examples given compare influences compensation illustrate approaches.
