Psychometric evaluation of the patient perspective on care and rehabilitation scale in geriatric patients.

摘要: Abstract Objectives This methodological study was conducted to psychometrically evaluate the Patient Perspective on Care and Rehabilitation Scale in geriatric patients. Methods with 209 elderly individuals aged 65 years or older who were hospitalized a hospital Turkey between March September 2017. The data collected by using Elderly Information Questionnaire prepared researcher Turkish version of Scale. Cronbach’s Alpha item-total correlation for internal consistency, reliability intraclass coefficients test–retest reliability, Bartlett’s test Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin (KMO) used validity scale. Results that result KMO significant at .87, level p: .001. value found as 0.89 overall PaPeR scale .84 .87 subscales PaPeR. In factor analysis, eigenvalue above 1, covered 2 factors accounted 53.7% total variance. Conclusion analysis this provided evidence acceptability is easy understand allows evaluation patient perspectives quality care rehabilitation It recommended reach larger populations apply different regions.
