摘要: Pasteur beobachtete bereits um die Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts, das bei der Butter-sauregarung aus Milchsaure und Calciumlactat Butanol als Nebenprodukt auftritt. Es ist Verdienst von Weizmann, ein Verfahren zur Butanol-Aceton-Herstellung technisch so weit durchgearbeitet zu haben, eine praktische Anwendung mog lich geworden ist.
