摘要: The cellular constituents in lymph nodes and spleens of patients with Hodgkin's disease were studied a series monoclonal antibodies directed against human thymocyte, peripheral T-cell, la antigens. Utilizing both an immunoperoxidase technique on frozen tissue sections indirect immunofluorescence cell suspensions, wer found that majority lymphocytes T cells, since they stained anti-T1 anti-T3 antibodies, which react all cells. In addition, most these cells reactive anti-T4 antibody, defines the helper/inducer T-cell population, whereas only minority anti-T5 anti-T8 are suppressor/cytotoxic Moreover, large proportion expressed T10 antigen, is activated A also antigen(s), again suggesting some activated. contrast, Reed-sternberg did not any anti- or anti-IgM antiserum, but displayed strong membrane cytoplasmic staining anti-la antibody. Taken together, findings suggest Reed-Sternberg T- lineage may be derived from antigen-presenting reticulum thymus-dependent areas lymphoid tissues; normally associated T4+
