摘要: Nitrogen removal from wastewater is usually severely inhibited under low temperatures. The enrichment using an external carbon source has the influence on stability and efficiency of nitrification denitrification processes during biological treatment. This paper reports results study where effect temperature addition treatment process were investigated. Nitrification rates determined in laboratory-scale system, operating low-temperature conditions, ranging 6 up to 15 °C. Ethanol was used as source. ethanol resulted increase rate at lower (up 71% 6 °C 11% 15 °C). Similar tendency observed process. Denitrification increased 81% 10% 15 °C, respectively. slightly higher compared rate. Two-variable model equations for calculation amount required based experimental data order reach desirable particular developed. independency loaded explicit interdependence between observed.
