摘要: Abstract A method for the controlled generation of spherical aerosol particles insoluble metal oxides has been developed. The consists (a) nebulizing a solution (or suspension) chosen in chelated or other form, (b) drying droplets, (c) passing through high temperature heating column to produce oxide particles, and (d) cooling with addition diluting air. This procedure provides continuous source aerosols suitable animal inhalation exposures experimental uses. size distribution an produced by this depends upon nebulized droplets. technique used Fulwyler Droplet Generator monodisperse aerosols. physical chemical nature zirconium lanthanum compounds generated were studied. Physical characteristics ascertained electron-microscopic observations, particle density measurements, aerodynamic sampling; properties tracer instrumental techniques.
