摘要: FHB is one of the most destructive diseases wheat. Resistance testing depends strongly on inoculation methods, and measured traits. Therefore a four-year (2009-2012) study was performed using spray + polyethylene (PE) bag cover, mist irrigation, spawn method supported by irrigation 40 genotypes, 20 from Hungary IFA Tulln, Austria. Each year four isolates were used in artificial inoculations except where stalk debris served inoculum. Visual Fusarium head blight (FHB) scores, damaged kernels (FDK) deoxynivalenol (DON) contamination checked. 7680 FDK, as well 3840 DON analyses background for statistical evaluation. The reliable bag; other two significantly poorer being valid all scores least reliable, whereas FDK much more consequent gave best results. better predictions than FHB. cultivars responses correlated at different epidemic severities. presence kernel resistance confirmed new trait extra susceptibility described. Presence again, described trait. performance varied sensitive cultivar between 0.32 143 mg/kg (mean 17.52 mg/kg) resistant genotype 0.00 18.19 1.87 mg/kg). Correlations stability level are r = 0.85 FHB, 0.78 0.88 DON, significance p 0.001. very close correlation (r 0.81, 0.001) proves that control needs appropriate resistance. In breeding program evaluation important, then will be decided. Variety registration must updated; otherwise no improvement field occur.
