摘要: An experimental model has been developed in which mice were chronically exposed to an ELF magnetic field, under controlled conditions, with the purpose of learning its effects on peripheral blood. The OF1 continuously subjected for two generations external field 15 μT (rms) and 50 Hz sinusoidal waves generated by a system Helmholtz coils designed our Institute (BIASC). first generation animals was period 17 weeks second generation, born 14 weeks. most usual hematological parameters mothers (12 control 12 exposed) daughters (30 30 analyzed. A leukopenia significant variations platelet levels between both groups noted. Besides slight decrease hematocrit, red blood cell hemoglobin concentration have observed mice. greatest changes found generation.
