摘要: Abstract The Li 0.33 La 0.55 TiO 3 solid electrolyte has a maximum grain ionic conductivity of 1.13 × 10 −3  S cm −1 among the x 2/3− oxides (0.21 ≤ 3  ≤ 0.50), but total its polycrystalline phase is not highest. Owing to grain-boundary resistances controlling bulk samples, an excellent mainly characterized by resistances. With regard role lithium ions, substitution 3+ ions + weakens strength inter-ionic forces, leading decrease in sintering temperature. presence /Li -site vacancies promotes densification and growth further results rapid decreases porosity 0.21 0.60 with larger amount can therefore exhibit highest through rapidly decreasing changing microstructure, it becomes better than system studied, spite lower conductivity.
