Outcome of twin pregnancies in patients with haemoglobinopathies--case reports.

摘要: Pregnancy in patients with haemoglobinopathy is associated increased risk of maternal and perinatal morbidities mortalities. Multiple pregnancy potentially more hazardous than singleton pregnancy. There a dearth information concerning multiple pregnancies haemoglobinopathy. Four such seen the obstetric service University College Hospital, Ibadan are presented here discussed. Increased surveillance elective caesarean delivery suggested management these patients.
