摘要: A sample of chemical cotton (pure cellulose) has been grafted with acrylonitrile (AN), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and acrylamide (AAd) using Mn3+ ions complexed pyrophosphate in acid aqueous solution (pH=1.7) at 30°C. The conversion monomer to polymer the add-on substrate weight have maxima an concentration about 0.50 mM a monomer/substrate ratio 2:1. Under optimal conditions grafting efficiency is 95% for AN 65–75% MMA. For AAd low (8–10%) <50%. These results interpreted as due accessibility cellulose (high crystallinity) known properties three monomers. homopolymer formed MMA largely chain transfer that mainly initiation by oxidation monomer. Alkaline hydrolysis AN-grafted fibers gives water retention value 65–70 g g−1.
