摘要: An extensible object-oriented MRI simulation system is presented. This simulator uses first-principle modelling based on the Bloch equations to implement a discrete-event of NMR signal production. A model image production process, incorporating noise and partial volume effects, has also been developed first-principles. used generate realistic simulated volumes, labelled data set, for evaluation classification algorithms other post-processing routines.
