摘要: Abstract Morpholino oligonucleotides are the most common anti-sense “knockdown” technique used in zebrafish (Danio rerio). This review discusses practices for design, preparation, and deployment of morpholinos this vertebrate model system. Off-targeting effects discussed as well method to minimize potentially confounding variable via co-injection a tP53-targeting morpholino. Finally, new uses summarized contextualized with respect complementary, DNA-based knockout technologies recently developed zebrafish.
