摘要: Bone samples from the iliac crest were taken 20 subjects and content of some trace elements (iron, zinc, selenium, cobalt, strontium, aluminium, scandium, rubidium fluorine) matrix calcium, phosphorus sodium was determined. The in accordance with Burkhardt's method, which is often used hospital for bone biopsies. sources errors occurring during analysis using this clinical procedure contamination by blood surrounding tissue are discussed. In-vivo activation also discussed as an alternative method element skeleton.
