摘要: Detailed studies of the grafting polar methyl methacrylate (MMA) to two representative backbone polymers, cellulose and polypropylene (PPE) in presence additives, using ionising radiation UV as initiating sources, are reported. The results compared with analogous work non styrene previously studied. additives chosen for examination were predominantly components used curing formulations since known be mechanistically related. mineral acid, photoinitiators, vinyl ethers, oligomers, polyfunctional monomers including multifunctional acrylates (MFAs) methacrylates (MFMAs). For first time charge transfer (CT) monomer complexes have been current work. CT themselves, being monomers, also directly grafted cellulose. Mechanisms above processes proposed. significance this is discussed. complexes, shown lead new copolymers potential industrial applications.
