摘要: We have analyzed the dielectric and conductivity properties of a metal-insulator composite, using Bruggemann approximation. concluded that it is possible to predict existence an optical threshold at concentration ${\mathit{p}}^{\mathrm{*}}$ slightly higher than percolation ${\mathit{p}}_{\mathit{c}}$. At concentration, which defined by vanishing real part constant depends on dimensionality relaxation time \ensuremath{\tau}, composite (or absorption) up near-infrared frequencies. This result can be related scaling laws mixture resistors, self-inductors, capacitors. discuss recent experimental data, indicate transition metallic regime occurs ${\mathit{p}}^{\mathrm{*}}$.
