摘要: Abstract We report the fabrication of a fast response hydrogen gas sensor based on palladium decorated single-walled carbon nanotube (Pd-SWNT) Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) film. To construct device, monolayer aligned SWNT film is deposited an Au inter-digital transducer (IDT) by LB technique at surface pressure 25 mN/m, followed electrochemical reductive deposition nanoparticles films. The Pd-SWNT showed detection ability 0.025–2.5% (v/v) in nitrogen (N2) atmosphere room temperature and demonstrated reversible process very time. analyzed effect acetate concentration used for synthesis Pd conductance change sensor. A 10 μM yielded highest whereas higher concentrations led to electron transport property films from semiconducting metallic consequently decreased performance study demonstrates that can easily be extended detect other gaseous molecules.
