摘要: At present, rapid urbanization is bringing convenience and high efficiency to our daily lives, but the increase in GDP comes with cost of metabolic rates, waste per capita, severe lack resources, heavy pollution, siege. This cost-expensive lifestyle leads environmental degradation soaring resource consumption. In this paper, we evaluate, from UV perspective, challenges environment system, including land water pollution air current status smart protection systems based on framework closed feedback control loop: data acquisition, communication, decision-making action. We propose that effective should take into consideration interaction between subsystems other seven city subsystems: home, medicine healthcare, intelligent transportation, urban planning crowd management, energy infrastructure, response system for emergency, humanity, also study how would be affected by four major impacting factors cities: information flow, material cycle, community. systematic will help us explore depth complicated dynamic relationship multiple a UV-oriented, integrated, resilient, inclusive sustainable development design address imminent improve living through real-time monitoring crowd-sourcing hazard reports, identification sources, preventive comprehensive management cycles personalized guidance suggestions.
