摘要: The nuclear matter under extreme conditions of temperatures (T) and baryonic densities ( n B) undergoes a phase transition to quark gluon plasma (QGP). It is expected that such can be achieved by colliding nuclei at ultrarelativistic energies. In the present review, suitability photons dileptons as diagnostic tools QGP has been discussed. photon dilepton spectra originating from heavy-ion collisions LHC energies have explicitly displayed in this article. Results SPS RHIC discussed adequately with appropriate references. role single electron decays heavy flavoured mesons on detection also briefly.
