摘要: In man the electroretinogram to pattern reversal stimuli (P-ERG) represents a cone response of proximal retina, dominated by mechanisms sensitive red (R) and green (G). Additionally there is mechanism blue (B) which can be studied with without steady exposure yellow light. During super-imposed uniform background (576 nm) transient P-ERG B cones represented potentials small amplitude (< 1 μV). The latency (peak time) about 30 ms longer than that midspectral (R G) cones. Furthermore, saturates at low luminances exhibits maximum 460 nm. Without adaptation, only low-intensity short wavelengths. Near threshold, both long-latency short-latency R G are recorded simultaneously, forming double-peaked wave shape. At suprathreshold luminances, even wavelength (435 concealed larger mechanism.
