摘要: Abstract In this paper, aliphatic diamine sulphonate (AAS-Na) and liquefiable dimethylol propionic acid (LDMPA) were used together to synthesize waterborne polyurethane (WPU) with excellent property. The influence of -COOH/-SO 3 Na molar ratio on the structure properties polyurethanes characterized by IR, particle size analysis, DSC, DMA, apparent viscosity, water absorption, contact angle, tensile peel strength tests. It was found that decreasing from 10:0 3:7, (1) emulsion decreased, while viscosity samples increased. (2) absorption WPU films angle (3) strength, elongation at break Furthermore, results DMA showed incorporation AAS-Na increased storage modulus sample. And DSC T g soft segment shifted lower temperature, which indicated micro-phase separation degree
