摘要: Abstract The photoreactions of phosphorothioate and cysteamine- S -phosphate were investigated. On irradiation phosphorothiote a marked change in absorption spectrum was observed. product migrated high voltage electrophoresis, with different mobility from that its dimer, or inorganic orthophosphate. It contained phosphare sulfur ratio 2 : 1, without reducing properties. Therefore it suggested the is either pyrothiophosphate, cyclic compound, similar composition. presence potential phosphoryl group acceptor, such as glucose galactose, 25–40% transferred. formation 6-phosphate, galactose 6-phosphate photolysis gave cysteamine, orthophosphate taurine. Under same conditions irradiation, aminoethanol- O found to be stable.
