摘要: Excitatory junction potentials and excitatory currents have been recorded from short segments of arterioles taken the submucosa guinea-pig small intestine. reached their peak amplitudes by 20 ms then decayed, with a time course that could be described single exponential (mean constant decay approximately 50 ms). The null potential for obtained extrapolation was near 0 mV. failed to show voltage sensitivity. Spontaneous had same as evoked currents; spontaneous were less than an order magnitude different currents.
