摘要: Some of the most difficult problems associated with process control are due to nonlinearity, manipulated variable constraints, uncertain parameters and unmeasured variables. In this paper a nonlinear programming approach is developed estimate parameters, state variables disturbances. A constrained optimization-based procedure also used maintain desired output trajectory, similar techniques that have proven successful for linear systems. The model, characterized by set differential equations, transformed into algebraic equations using orthogonal collocation on finite elements. system inverse response characteristics bioreactor model as examples.
